Rob is the General Manager at Pan Pacific Perth, overseeing a large team of hospitality specialists. Connor is one of his valued employees, working as a Steward.
With so many changes impacting the hospitality industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Connor was grateful when he found his new place in the world. Rob and the Pan Pacific Perth team helped Connor settle into a role that would support him and build his confidence.
Since day one, Rob has been incredibly impressed by Connor’s positive attitude and his willingness to help out. Though Connor has epilepsy, there is so much he can do in his role that makes him a valuable and instrumental part of the team.
